WSO does not currently have a company medical insurance plan for employees but we do provide a generous fixed monthly contribution to the plan of your choice.

401k Savings Plan
WSO will match 100% of your contributions up to a maximum of 3% of your annual salary.

Paid Holidays
In addition to observing the standard eleven annual Federal Public Holidays, WSO provides its employees with a minimum of 20 days Annual Leave entitlement.

Paid Sick Leave
Sick leave is provided on a sliding scale according to length of service.

WSO provides a high level of living expenses for employees that are required to spend time away from home base on projects around the country.

Training and Certification
