WSO does not currently have a company medical insurance plan for employees but we do provide a generous fixed monthly contribution
to the plan of your choice.
401k Savings Plan
WSO will match 100% of your contributions up to a maximum of 3% of your annual salary.
Paid Holidays
In addition to observing the standard eleven annual Federal Public Holidays, WSO provides its employees with a minimum
of 20 days Annual Leave entitlement.
Paid Sick Leave
Sick leave is provided on a sliding scale according to length of service.

WSO provides a high level of living expenses for employees that are required to spend time away from home base on projects around the country.
Training and Certification
WSO is committed to providing fully paid training and continued development on approved courses and participation
in national associations is encouraged.

WSO provides fully expensed company vehicles for those employees that need a vehicle to do their job.
