WSO can offer a revenue enhancement program that is entirely performance fee based. Although arrangements are client specific, typically WSO and the utility would share the increased revenue for a period of 3 years and after that the utility keeps 100% of the increased revenue. With this approach, contract risk for the client utility is minimized because WSO only receives payment if revenue is increased.
